ALAN L. FINKEL is a partner of the firm, and has been a practicing attorney since 1984, receiving his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School, and also a Master's Degree in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Finkel is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut, and is also a certified mediator, and has mediated over fifteen hundred marital dissolutions.

Mr. Finkel is the founder of the Divorce Mediation Center, appears regularly on television and radio as an expert in matrimonial and family law.

He is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.

Mr. Finkel frequently writes articles for the Suffolk Lawyer, and has been a featured lecturer for both the Suffolk County Bar Association and the National Business Institute, on such matters as “A Roadmap Through New York Divorce Proceedings”.

BETH ANN BYRNES is a partner of the firm.

Ms. Byrnes received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law School, and a degree in Education and Conflict Resolution from Colgate University.

Ms. Byrnes has mediated hundreds of marital dissolutions. She is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

TIMOTHY J. BYRNES is an associate with the firm.

After 20 years of service with the NYPD, Mr. Byrnes graduated cum laude from Touro Law School.

He is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, a member of the Criminal Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District.
